Issues Of Introducing Artificial Intelligence And Modern Test Theory (Irt) Elements Into The Student Knowledge Assessment System In The Educational Process
Abstract
This article discusses the issues of applying Modern Test Theory (IRT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to eliminate shortcomings in traditional student knowledge assessment methods in higher education institutions. The objectivity of the assessment process, personalized approaches, and the advantages of psychometric models are scientifically justified. By integrating the Rasch one-parameter model and machine learning algorithms, educational institutions can establish transparent, unbiased, and reliable competency evaluation mechanisms while minimizing human error and subjective bias.
