General publication requirements

• Submit an original research paper that fits the announced conference scope.
• Provide a clear title, abstract, keywords, and complete author information.
• Provide each author's full name, institution, country, email, ORCID when available, and identify the corresponding author.
• Use appropriate citations and references and disclose material reused from other sources.
• Ensure figures, tables, photographs, and other third-party material are used with the necessary permissions or lawful basis.
• Provide truthful publication metadata, including page information and DOI data when assigned.
• Review the publisher's Publication Ethics, Peer Review, Plagiarism, Copyright, Retraction & Correction, and AI Use policies.

Publication workflow

The platform is an archive and publication layer. In the current system, conference administrators upload the final PDF and publication metadata; authors do not directly upload manuscripts to the public website.

Language

The publishing interface and article metadata are maintained in English. The conference may specify additional language or formatting requirements in its own call for papers.
